Owner & Resident Support

  • AGMs and meetings: Organising annual general meetings and residents’ meetings.
  • Communication: Keeping residents informed

Lease & Legal Management

  • Enforcing lease terms: Helping ensure all residents comply with lease obligations, such as rules around noise, alterations, or use of parking spaces.
  • Managing sales enquiries: Providing required documents and answering questions from solicitors during sales.
  • Updating ownership records: Keeping an up-to-date register of leaseholders for legal and communication purposes.

Overall Estate Management

  • If the property is part of a wider estate, the property manager we may also look after shared roads, grounds, play areas, or even private drainage systems.
