Our aim is to support owners through the process of selling their property.

If you are a property owner or a Solicitor acting on behalf of an owner, we want to make the process of ordering a property transfer pack as simple and speedy as possible. This page explains the different packs available, how to order them, the costs involved and timeframes in receiving them.

To start with, you will need to complete the form below and select the property transfer pack you want to order.

Charges

21 Working Days Leasehold Enquiries Pack – £354.00

21 Working Days Freehold Enquiries Pack – £264.00

15 Working Days Leasehold Enquiries Pack – £474.00

15 Working Days Freehold Enquiries Pack – £366.00

Timeframe

Once we have received your completed form, we will aim to contact you with an invoice for payment within 3 working days.

Once payment is received, we will aim to provide the property transfer pack within either 15 or 21 working days depending on the option that you have selected above.

Please note that this timeframe can change subject to workload.
