The services we provide in this role are outlined below. They may vary slightly from scheme to scheme, depending on whether the company is limited by guarantee or by share capital, and whether there are different classes of shares involved.

Our pricing for these services is generally based on the number of properties (members or shareholders) within a scheme. In some cases, where there are requirements, such as multiple share classes, our fees may be adjusted to reflect the extra work involved. We’ll always make sure our pricing is clear and tailored to your scheme’s specific needs.

  • Maintaining statutory registers (shareholders, members, directors, PSCs)
  • Filing annual Confirmation Statements & accounts with Companies House
  • Keeping company records up to date (registered office, directors’ details)

Meetings & governance

  • Organising and minuting AGMs & board meetings
  • Preparing and issuing notices, agendas, and proxies
  • Advising on quorum and voting requirements

Member administration

  • Managing share/membership certificates when a property transfers ownership
  • Responding to shareholder/member queries

Registered office services
